The best way to start the process is by visiting our studio! For every jewelry selection and purchase, we always recommend coming in person so we can meet and provide you with the full service from start to finish.

2. Design

Together we define the design, whether it’s an existing one that you want to slightly adjust to make it perfect for you, or something completely new and never seen before. Shape, details (small and big), choice of materials, dimensions… in our world, every customization is possible!

3. Choosing materials and stones

Through conversation we go through all possible combinations and show examples to help you visualize how the final project will look.

4. Confirmation

After the initial consultation and defining all necessary details – including timelines, pricing, and all information clearly and transparently – we send an email confirming your order. That email includes the details of your future jewelry piece, all required information, and your copy of the order form and deposit that we previously filled out in the studio.

5. Ordering and production
